Survival in the pituitary clinic: primer on outpatient pituitary evaluation including tutorial on imaging / PACS; how to handle common problems encountered on the consult service; expectations (e.g., lab follow-up procedures) for both continuity clinic and attending-specific clinics

Diabetes primer part 1: basics of BG interpretation (pattern management), inpatient insulin administration (types [incl. U500], kinetics, doses, frequency, etc.), use of insulin infusion (indications, transition to SC, etc.), management of inpatient hypoglycemia

Diabetes primer part 2: insulin management in the setting of steroids, TPN, and tube feeds; peripartum insulin management; perioperative insulin management; phone management of hyper- / hypoglycemia, mild DKA, sick day management, indications for referral to ED; acute change in vision; survival skills for insulin pump, including pump failure

Post-op pituitary management: including evaluation/treatment of AI and DI, how to handle preop/postop medications, etc.

Adrenal primer: acute / severe adrenal insufficiency, pheochromocytoma, postop management of adrenal surgery
