The Flow Cytometry Core has a network server that is available for all users to store data for later processing at the Core or elsewhere. All users should move their data off of this server every month to keep it from filling up and blocking other users from storing data on it.
This is temporary storage only. This data is NOT backed up. The Flow Cytometry Core is not responsible for any lost data.

Scheduling Usage Times
To schedule an unassisted block of time, access iLab, check the schedule and enter your proposed time.
To schedule an assisted block of time, access iLab, check the instrument schedule and Staff Calendars for availability, then enter your proposed time. You will receive an e-mail registering that you requested the time, and then another e-mail either confirming or denying your request. If you do not receive an e-mail response the facility has not received your request.
Please click here for instructions on scheduling through iLab.
Please note: if you schedule time and do not use it you will be charged unless you provide at least three working days notice for sorting, CyTOF and assisted appointments and 24 hours notice for all unassisted appointments.
(See Policies for our cancellation policy)
Assisted services may be requested as follows:
9am – 5pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
9am – 6:30pm Tuesday and Thursday
No-shows will incur usage fees for the entire reservation, including assistance (if requested).
Cancellation deadlines are three full working days before the start of any sorting appointment and assisted appointments, and one full working day before any other Flow Core appointment or you will be charged. You must cancel your appointment by email before these deadlines.
Cancellations made after the deadlines are considered late and may incur full usage fees, like a no-show. If someone else schedules and uses your canceled time, you will not be charged for that time. If no one else schedules or uses the time slot, you will be charged full usage fees for your late cancellation.

Any instrument/equipment damages from negligence or misuse resulting in extended instrument downtime and/or need for outside service will incur full cost of repair.
