All requests for service must be entered through our iLab portal.  If you are a first-time user, you may need to create an account. Payment from outside the University of Virginia can be made with a credit card, check, or wire transfer. See instructions for billing outside user policies.

Cancer center PIs receive a co-payment from the Cancer Center.  The co-payment is automatically applied when orders are placed in iLab.  The percentage of co-pay varies based on available funds and Core usage, but is currently 20%.
