Priyanka Kumar, MD

Dr. Kumar great up in Houston, Texas, and attended the University of Texas in Austin majoring in Human Biology, and completed her medical training at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. She completed an Ob/Gyn residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School.  Dr. Kumar is excited to continue training in Virginia where she lives with her husband and two kids! Clinically she has a special interest in the management of diabetes and hypertension in pregnancy and is looking forward to engaging in clinical research projects and working with residents. In her free time, she likes to travel, cook, go to the gym and spend time with friends and family.
