Publications for New Faculty Members

We are no longer using Symplectic Elements to curate publications.  Curating publications is now a manual process.  Once the new faculty’s profile is included in the HR faculty data feed, their profile will appear in https://apps.med.virginia.edu/ResearchFacultyDirectory/.

Publications will need to be copied and pasted into their profile.  In their profile at https://apps.med.virginia.edu, select the “HTML” link.

On the “HTML” page of their profile, their publications can be pasted into the text box provided.  If necessary, some html-formatting is available to style the publications.  When finished, click the “Update” button to save your changes.

To preview how the faculty’s profile will publicly appear, click on their “WP:Mockup” link.
