Leadership in Patient Safety and QI Track (PS-QI track) presents a resident with unique clinical rotations, mentored leadership in ongoing quality improvement teams and projects, as well as incorporation into hospital medicine journal clubs to jumpstart a career in inpatient medicine with a focus on preparation for clinical leadership roles or academic work in quality improvement
