Enrollment

Enrollment links for classes can be found under classes and programs, or you can call 434-924-1190.

An enrollment form must be accompanied by payment in full. The Mindfulness Center accepts VISA, MasterCard, and checks. Please make checks payable to UVA MBSRP. Call 434-924-1190 for mailing address. Individuals who are unable to afford the full fee may contact our office for additional information regarding our Scholarship Program and/or Payment Plan.

Gift Certificates

Give the gift of mindfulness to someone you know who could benefit from mindfulness classes. Call 434-924-1190 to purchase a gift certificate for an upcoming mindfulness class.

Refunds

A refund less a 10% administrative fee will be processed if cancellation is received in writing no less than seven days prior to the initial class date. Due to the small nature of our groups, we cannot offer refunds if cancellation is received less than seven days prior to class. However, we will be pleased to offer you a full credit toward a future event. Class credit will expire within 12 months of the date of issue.

Confidentiality

The information of all who inquire and those who participate in Mindfulness programs will remain confidential. In additional class participants will be asked to maintain the confidence of their classmates.

Comfort

The comfort of our students and instructors is very important to us.  As a courtesy, we ask that you please wear clothing free from pet hair and refrain from wearing strong perfumes to classes.
