Mindfulness Meditation Group

FREE. Intended primarily to provide ongoing support for people with some meditation training (such as graduates of the MBSR program), this group is also open to beginners, and anyone willing to sit still for 30 minutes. Each week there is a 30-minute guided meditation, followed by open discussion and questions.

When:  Every Wednesday at 6:00 – 7:00 am  AND Every Thursday 5:30 – 6:30 pm

Location: UVA – McLeod Hall, 202 Jeanette Lancaster Way, 2nd floor, Rm#2010 (FREE Parking available in the underground garage at McLeod Hall)
