Enrollment

Confidentiality

The information of all who inquire and those who participate in Mindfulness programs will remain confidential. In additional class participants will be asked to maintain the confidence of their classmates.

Comfort

The comfort of our students and instructors is very important to us.  As a courtesy, we ask that you please wear clothing free from pet hair and refrain from wearing strong perfumes to classes.
