February 2024 – Aida Lopez, a 3rd-year Neuroscience Graduate Program student in the Eyo Lab, received funding through the iPrecision immunomedicine (iPRIME) Fellowship Awards Program for her project “P2RY12 regulation of microglia and astrocyte homeostatic transcriptional states.” iPRIME supports innovative collaborative projects between students in biological and medical sciences and students in data science to catalyze interdisciplinary research in Precision Immunomedicine for cardiovascular disease. The one year funding will provide research funds and and stipend support for her thesis project. Go Aida!
