Jin-Li lab
Our mission is to explore the complexities of spinal diseases, focusing on the progression and treatment of intervertebral disc disease. We aim to identify reliable biomarkers and develop effective therapies that will enhance patient outcomes.
Motion Analysis and Motor Performance (MAMP) Lab
The Motion Analysis and Motor Performance Lab focuses on using a combination of cutting edge clinical measures in conjunction with state of the art custom modeling techniques to increase our understanding of human movement. Our work is used to inform medical interventions including surgery, therapy, and the development of assistive devices.
Cui Lab
As a clinician scientist, Dr. Cui’s research has focused on (1) Osteogenesis by Stem cell for treatment of osteonecrosis and bone defect, (2) Pathogenesis and treatment of osteoarthritis (OA), and (3) Outcomes of total hip and knee joint arthroplasty. His research has been funded so far by three NIH, two DOD, and numerous foundation grants.
Christ Lab
The Laboratory of Regenerative Therapeutics at the University of Virginia is an interdisciplinary, translational research enterprise. Our mission is to leverage Cross Grounds collaborations to develop novel and more efficacious regenerative medicine/tissue engineering technologies for unmet medical needs.
