Click HereThis fund encourages resident applicants interested in diversity and inclusion to join the department and provides support for diversity leadership within the residency program. One representative is chosen from each class year to lead and contribute to departmental efforts to promote diversity and inclusion. When you give to the de Lange Diversity and Inclusion Fund, you directly support our trainees and their efforts to create a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect in the department and community. Click HereThis program supports an educational exchange between the department and underserved international health care organizations in Uganda and Tanzania. Two residents per class year have the opportunity to work, learn, and build relationships at our partner institutions, which include include Mbarrara University of Science and Technology in Uganda and Muhimbili National Hospital in Tanzania. Your support of this program allows an exchange of knowledge and experience that has a lasting impact on both our trainees and international partners.

Click HereThe Keats Society Education Endowment Fund gives alumni the chance to directly support activities that enhance the experience of current residents and fellows in the department. These include the popular alumni guest lectures, which bring alumni back to the department several times a year to present to current trainees and faculty; Ladyologist events, which give our female trainees and faculty a supportive space to share professional and personal experiences; and educational materials, including Core Exam study manuals, anatomy guides, and physics textbooks.
