Details: Vance Street Baptist Church in partnership with the Virginia Department of Health are hosting a Health Expo Breakfast on April 1st, 2023 from 8:30 a.m.-Noon at Vance Street Baptist Church (206 Vance Street). All are welcome. We’ll have food, fellowship, and education on healthcare topics that affect us all. We’ll also have kids’ activities, topics for tweens, teens and adults. Free Skin Cancer Screening @ UVA Dermatology

The screening is in the UVA Primary Care Center, 1221 Lee Street, Third Floor, Charlottesville, VA 22903.
Get a free skin cancer screening by a UVA Health dermatologist and learn how to protect yourself and your family from skin cancer.
You should get screened if you:
– Are frequently exposed to the sun and UV light
– Have a family history of skin cancer
– Have a mole that has changed in shape, color or size or a sore that won’t heal
To sign up, call 800.223.9173 and mention the free screening.
Parking is always free for patients in the 11th Street Garage.
You can also bring a baseball cap or visor to exchange for a new sun hat, while supplies last!
