Students

The students of the GSP community are deeply involved in the medical school and the local community; holding positions at several student organizations within the School of Medicine, participating in research, and volunteering for programs/organizations throughout the Charlottesville area. Beyond the academic rigors and community engagement, the GSP students are a diverse group of students and have their own unique reason for pursuing a career in generalist medicine and a strong desire to address the multi-faceted issues that persist in medicine today.
