Cancer

Our research on cancer-associated protein isoforms and related genetic variance has broad applications across cancer types. At present, we have ongoing projects associated with lung cancers and acute myeloid leukemia. Through the Sheynkman Lab’s affiliation with the UVA Cancer Center , we are also able to collaborate with other research groups on cancers of their interest, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to cancer research.
