This is a workshop that explores mindfulness practices that deepen the awareness of our senses. Utilizing our internal senses, tuning into the environmental plentitude as we enter the spring season, and even tapping into our own bodily wisdom through gentle mindful movement, we engage with the creative process or writing. Stretch yourself as you expand your awareness in new multi-dimensional ways.

No writing experience necessary, though experienced writers are welcome! Foundational to all mindful writing workshops is the co-creation of a safe nurturing environment for both writing and listening within a community of creative souls.
