The effects and impact of mindfulness and meditation practices on health and wellbeing as well as human performance and extraordinary experiences.
Effective assessment & treatment of psychiatric illnesses, including drug and alcohol dependence, mood disorders (chronic depression/bipolar), anxiety spectrum disorders, ADHD. Clarification of placebo effects.
Effective teaching of psychotherapeutic and interpersonal/communication skills.
