In a story from the Richmond Times Dispatch picked up state-wide, Carolyn Engelhard and others describe the shifting of health care costs to consumers and dramatic cuts in Medicaid that could result from passage of the American Health Care Act now being debated in Congress as a replacement of the Affordable Care Act, also known as “Obamacare.”
Engelhard also presented information about the potential shift from Obamacare to Trumpcare at a Senior Statesmen gathering at Charlottesville’s Senior Center.
