Resume/CV (Please make sure your resume includes any relevant social media and/or graphic design experience)
1 Letter of Recommendation
Statement of Interest (250-500 words about why you are applying, what you hope to gain, and why you would be a good fit)
Sample Blog Post given the following prompt: “Draft a 300-500 word blog article about the following “grateful patient” scenario: Sally McCall was nervous after her doctor told her she needed an MRI Enterography. But then she met with UVA Radiologist Dr. Drew Lambert, who told her what to expect during the exam and helped calm her fears. After her MRI Enterography, Sally was thrilled with the ease of the exam and the care she received at UVA.”
