A one-day conference held in April. A distinguished visiting professor is invited to give several talks on his or her particular area of expertise in urology. UVA residents also present a series of interesting cases covering all aspects of urology. Community urologists and former UVA graduates often attend this conference. CME credits can also be earned.
Grand Rounds are held monthly, on the first Wednesday at 7:00 in the Urology Conference room. Topics on various urology topics are presented as part of a 4 year cycle to ensure coverage of all areas of urology. Presenters include urology faculty and residents, as well as faculty from allied departments or visiting faculty from outside institutions. Grand rounds are often attended by community urologists. Grand Rounds are not held during July and early August. If you are interested in attending Grand Rounds virtually please contact Meghan Rover
