With easy access to the Blue Ridge Mountains, numerous nearby wineries and breweries and a thriving music scene, living in Charlottesville is ideal for foodies, adventurers and concertgoers.  Current residents enjoy a wide range of activities for those special moments outside the hospital—from competitive running in local races to conducting distillery tours and kayaking the James River.
