Avi Hosseinbor obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Virginia in 2010. She is currently working as the coordinator for a study examining whether text messaging can improve health outcomes for HIV+ substance users. She is interested in how to help people live healthier, happier lives although she is still narrowing in on how she wants to accomplish that goal. She hopes to attend graduate school in the future and work in a research and/or clinical setting. She enjoys connecting to people, learning, being curious about everything, appreciating the arts, and writing. She is happy to be apart of the BHT team!
