Carley is a 4th year student majoring in Biology and minoring in Religious Studies at the University of Virginia. She was born and raised in Richmond Virginia, although she lived for several years in London England during elementary school. In May of 2018, Carley joined the Center for Behavioral Health and Technology as a research assistant and plans to continue working at the center for her remaining time at UVA. She hopes to learn more about the innerworkings of behavioral research and see first-hand how the things taught in textbooks are actually discovered. After graduation she will be attending medical school but is still yet to decide which one. Outside of school and work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, doing yoga, and reading. Although she loves all animals, in particular she is a cat enthusiast!
