Welcome! I completed my undergraduate studies at Dickinson College, where I played lacrosse, and medical school just down the road at Virginia Commonwealth University. I was born and raised in Charlottesville, Va and feel extremely fortunate to return home for exceptional surgical training while having the opportunity to care for the community in which I grew up.  In our program you will get exposure to world-class mentors, be trained to become a technically excellent surgeon, be supported in academic endeavors, and make friendships to last a lifetime. Outside of the hospital I enjoy spending time with family and friends, sports of any kind, hunting, fishing, and cooking.
