We are located in North Garden, Virginia, 11 miles south of Charlottesville at the Crossroads Corner Shops (U.S. 29 and Route 692). We provide Medical Care to North Garden and surrounding areas of Albemarle, Nelson, and Fluvanna Counties. However, we accept individuals and families wherever they may reside.
29 South from Charlottesville:
8.5 miles past the Interstate 64 overpass, take a left on SR 692 (Plank Road).
Crossroad Store building is immediately on your left, our office is on the second floor, entrance is in the back of the building.
