Location
The office is located 11 miles west of Charlottesville, Virginia, on Route 250 in “The Shoppes of Clover Lawn Shopping Center” in Crozet. We provide medical service to Crozet and the Western Albemarle area as well as the University of Virginia Primary Care service area.

Directions
Head northwest on Lee Street toward Jefferson Park Avenue. Turn right at Jefferson Park Avenue. Make a sharp left at West Main Street/US-250. Continue to follow US-250 for 11.0 miles. The destination will be on the right, across from Blue Ridge Building Supply and Harris Teeter.
Via 64: 64 West, Exit 107 ramp. Turn right at the end of the ramp; approximately 1/2 mile, the building is on the right.
