To provide health, legal, and community services to community members who are returning from incarceration. COE will be providing cancer screening navigation services and connecting attendees with local resources.

Providing cancer screening navigation services with a monthly educational focus on a cancer type and increasing awareness about cancer prevention strategies. UVACC COE will be in attendance at event but not hosting.

Providing cancer screening navigation services with a monthly educational focus on certain cancer types and/or cancer prevention information. A COE Navigation Team member will be present to provide cancer-related navigation services.

UVACC COE will be present to provide cancer-related information and navigation services. UVACC is not hosting this event.
