Hobbies/Outside Interests: I love trying new things and being outdoors. Lately I have been enjoying reading, going on hikes, trying new recipes, and growing and shaping my little bonsai tree. I also love going to the beach.

Things you look forward to doing in Charlottesville: I would like to explore the restaurant scene and go hiking with my dogs.

Why did you choose UVA? It was clear to me that the residents at UVA are happy, have close relationships with each other, love their program, and graduate extremely well trained. There was nowhere else that came close to the camaraderie, support, positive attitudes about the program, and training possibilities at UVA. Charlottesville is beautiful and we could see ourselves being really happy here.

Anesthesiology Interests: I am interested in trying different subspecialties, in particular cardiac anesthesiology.

Favorite Rotation: I have enjoyed all of my rotations!
