Our goal is to help our anesthesiology residents achieve better balance during their training at UVA. We know that wellness is not one-size-fits-all, and we offer many different opportunities for residents to engage in their own well being. Our wellness curriculum includes mentorship programs, professional development, mental health resources, community building, and FUN!
Wellness is a foundation of our Graduate Medical Education, and our departmental program is just one part of a larger program. Please see the GME Well-Being site for additional resources.
