Favorite things about/to do/to eat in Charlottesville: Blue Ridge Mountains, Carter’s Mountain, and all the wineries/breweries/cideries! Mas Tapas and Continental Divide for food, Paradox Pastry for sweets, and Shenandoah Joe for coffee!

Why did you choose UVA? I chose UVA for the people! The faculty are truly invested in the education and well-being of their residents, and they are wonderful role models both personally and professionally. My co-residents are some of the greatest people you’ll ever meet (maybe a little biased). Plus, Charlottesville just feels like home – once a Hoo, always a Hoo!
