Favorite things about/to do/to eat in Charlottesville: I absolutely love it here. There are tons of great food options, the people are friendly, and the weather is fantastic. I love eating Thai food and going to live music events on the downtown mall.

Why did you choose UVA? I wanted to go to a respected academic program that would provide exceptional training for every situation. I wanted to get away from cold weather, big city crime, and traffic. I also wanted a location with lots to do. Charlottesville has way more to offer than any city of a similar size.

Anesthesiology Interests: The field of anesthesiology is broad and I am so excited to explore what it has to offer during residency. If you’re a medical student reading this, you should pursue anesthesiology at UVA. You will be supported in your endeavors.
