Favorite things about/to do/to eat in Charlottesville: It changes so often, but currently I’m enjoying frequenting a retro arcade that recently opened on our historic downtown mall.

Why did you choose UVA? I wanted to go to a residency where I could make life long friends. When I interviewed at UVA, I could tell the residents really got along with each other. I also liked the collegial relationship between faculty and residents.

Anesthesiology Interests: General Anesthesiology: I want to continue doing the majority of the areas of anesthesiology i.e. OB, pediatrics, regional, etc.

Favorite Rotation: My favorite rotation is Pediatric Anesthesiology.

What’s the best piece of career advice you ever got?: Constantly check in with yourself; reflect on what is important to you at that time and use that to set your boundaries with work.
