Hobbies/Outside Interests: I enjoy ALL outdoor activities including hiking, caving, rock climbing, bike riding, fishing, skiing, boating, kayaking, swimming, and so much more!

Things you look forward to doing in Charlottesville: I’ll be able to explore all the local restaurants and wineries Charlottesville has to offer with my fiancé, my puppy, and my new friends!

Why did you choose UVA? I chose UVA for my anesthesiology residency due to the clinical, professional, and research support I received as a medical student. I also appreciate the integrated intern year with the opportunity for earlier exposure to intraoperative anesthesia and to foster relationships with my co-residents. As a UVA medical student, I undoubtedly found a community in the department of anesthesiology that makes the city of Charlottesville feel like home.

Anesthesiology Interests: My anesthesiology interests are in critical care medicine, and pain medicine.

Favorite Rotation: Regional Anesthesia
