Why did you choose UVA? UVA offered me an opportunity to care for diverse and complex patient populations under the guidance of some of the country’s greatest educators. I was also impressed with the program’s emphasis on resident wellness through avenues such as Fun Fridays, Wellness Week, and the Pod Program. Furthermore, I grew up nearby Charlottesville, and look forward to exploring the area again.

Anesthesiology Interests: I hope to pursue fellowship training with interests in cardiac anesthesia as well as in chronic pain.

Favorite Rotation: Acting Internship in Anesthesiology at Georgetown
