The OCR Leadership ensures the development of clinical trials and of the infrastructure needed to support the clinical research enterprise.
Parchayi Dalal, MPH, CCRC
Director, Office of Clinical Research
As the Director of OCR, Parchayi leads and administers the centralized infrastructure of the OCR and provides overall accountability for the clinical, regulatory, and financial programs within the OCR. She also assists the Cancer Center Senior Leadership with the development, promotion and implementation of the Cancer Center strategic plan for clinical trials research and the development of research affiliations within UVA, with NCI, and with industry providing expansion of clinical trials opportunities for Cancer Center patients.

Robert Dreicer, MD, MS, FACP, FASCO
Associate Director for Clinical Research
As the Cancer Center’s Associate Director for Clinical Research, Dr. Dreicer works on strengthening its clinical research enterprise by engaging Cancer Center clinicians and researchers in the development and implementation of clinical trials evaluating cutting-edge cancer therapies.

Dina Gould Halme, PhD
Associate Director for Research Administration
As Associate Director for Research Administration, Dr. Halme manages all aspects of the Cancer Center research enterprise. Her responsibilities include fiscal and administrative management of the Office for Clinical Research.
