Neurologists within our Memory/Adult Neuropsychology Division have the ability to serve as consultants or to assume care for patients with neurodegenerative diseases. To place a referral for a neurological evaluation please call (434) 924-2706 or fax (434) 982-8068.

To initiate both a neurological evaluation and neuropsychological assessment, please call (434) 924-2706 or fax (434) 982-8068 and request a referral to the Memory and Aging Care Clinic (MACC).

To place a referral for a neuropsychological only evaluation please call (434) 982-4363 or fax (434) 982-1996.
