Referring Providers

Thank you for considering the James Q Miller Multiple Sclerosis Center for the care of your patient. Our goal is to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to patients through collaboration with their primary care physicians and referring providers.

We manage a broad range of inflammatory diseases including the following:

Multiple sclerosis, Adult and Pediatric Onset
Neuromyelitis Optica
Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis
Sarcoidosis
Transverse myelitis
Optic neuritis
CNS Vasculitis
Autoimmune and paraneoplastic disorders

We welcome any questions regarding specific services that we provide including, but not limited to, the following:

Diagnosis and management for adult and pediatric onset inflammatory diseases
Second opinions regarding diagnosis and management
Multidisciplinary clinic for patients with complex rehabilitation/psychosocial needs
Neuropsychological evaluation
Botulinum toxin treatment for spasticity
Tele-health services
Opportunities to participate in clinical trials
