My name is Eric Fromke. I was born in St. Louis, MO, and raised in Concord, NC. I attended UVA for undergrad (go Hoos!) prior to medical school at UNC (Tar… Heels!). My wife Christine and I moved from Myrtle Beach, SC, after finishing my transitional year there. We have one beautiful son, James, who passed away while in Myrtle Beach, and we could not be more thankful for him or love him more. I enjoy watching and playing sports of all types, especially baseball, basketball, and golf (sent one too many balls into the Atlantic from Myrtle Beach…). We love UVA and I am thankful to train at such a wonderful program in one of our favorite areas.
